THE HEART OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

This workshop will be conducted in the experiential learning mode. It will cover both the “what” and “how” aspects and leadership development. It will illustrate through case studies, how the principles of Initiatives of Change are at the heart of good leadership, which the world can trust. One of the topics the programme will deal with is on ‘Tapping the Heart of Effective leadership’ – a source of creative power for bringing self-initiated change. The workshop is a shortened version of a well-recognised leadership programme offered at Asia Plateau in India, based on sharing real leadership cases and experiences. It culminates in a new model of leadership, based on love and ethical values.
